Our company was established in late 2007 and is responsible for providing a quality BBQ catering experience like no other. Our specialty is in the area of traditional pit style smoked meats and other foods.

Our business is located in Surprise, AZ, but is mobile and can come to your special event!
Smoke Wagon Bar-B-Que, LLC offers a variety of true pit style smoked meats and side dishes to the general public, small, medium and large businesses and state run agencies in the form of catered events.
Items like Carolina smoked pork, dry rubbed baby back ribs, cola chicken, Texas style smoked brisket, smoked loaded baked potatoes and mesquite baked beans are staples on the simple, but satisfying, menu.
The catering is centered around a custom built, state of the art licensed mobile pit smoker. Consultation with the nation’s leader in manufacturing these pit smokers has allowed us to draft and engineer our own pit smoker. It has been constructed locally and is capable for cooking for crowds of over 500.
Smoke Wagon Bar-B-Que, LLC is a member locally of the AZBBQA and nationally of the Kansas City Barbecue Society. In addition to catering, the Smoke Wagon Bar-B-Que Team also began competing in cook offs in 2008.
